3雙工作臺

什么是雙工作臺呢？一個工作臺進行曝光晶圓片，同時在另外一個工作臺進行預對準工作。兩個工作臺相互獨立，同時運行，生產效率可以提高大約35%，精度提高10%以上。

目前，中國已經能夠量產第四代掃描投影式光刻機，如果使用套刻精度在1.9納米左右的工作臺，在多重曝光下能夠實現11納米制程工藝的芯片生產；如果改用套刻精度更優的1.7納米國產華卓精科工作臺在多重曝光下，更是能夠實現7納米制程工藝的芯片生產，所以準確來說，7納米光刻機、5納米光刻機這樣的說法是不準確的，正確來說應該是7納米工藝、5納米工藝，所以不要覺得90納米到7納米之間的路程非常漫長，光源的遞進所帶來的變革會是革命性的，中國芯片產業的主要問題，并不是因為光刻機，而是在于沒有形成完整的產業鏈，這需要許多的中國芯片產業多方面的突破發展。
