關鍵字：鍍層厚度，涂層厚度
在工業領域中，為達到耐磨、防銹、外觀美化等性能，常在產品表面添加鍍層或者涂層，但是其厚度往往是影響其性能的重要指標，對此，SGS提供各類鍍層/涂層厚度的檢測，例如：建材底板的耐磨層厚度，汽車裝飾件的Cu/Ni/Cr層厚度，五金/首飾/工藝件的Au，Ag，Pt，Pd層厚度，鍍鋅板的鋅層厚度（亦可用重量法換算后得出），漆層厚度等。

測試項目： 耐磨層厚度、漆層厚度、單層厚度＞1μm的金屬鍍層，建議使用金相顯微法 Metallographic microscopy is recommended for the thickness of the wear-resistant layer, the thickness of the paint layer, and the metal coating with a single layer thickness of> 1μm
金屬類鍍層，測試鍍層厚度＜1μm 或者貴重樣品，推薦使用X-Ray測試法 For metal coatings, test coating thickness <1μm or precious samples, X-Ray test method is recommended
汽車類裝飾件的Cr鍍層，如標準要求，可用庫倫法測試 The Cr coating of automobile decoration parts, if required by the standard, can be tested by the Coulomb method
