This instrument is a successful product jointly developed with relevant domestic universities and research institutions based on the ISO 14644-1:2015 international standard. The overall product is housed in a 316L stainless steel casing. The laser sensor utilizes a full semiconductor laser and a semiconductor photodiode receiver to ensure the stability of the light source and the accuracy of the signal receiver. This significantly reduces stray light within the scattering chamber, enhancing the signal-to-noise ratio of the sensor. It features an LCD touch screen for control, providing clear display data and easy operation. The sampling air pump is imported from the United States and incorporates an original American differential pressure sensor for closed-loop control of flow, ensuring that the flow rate remains stable within the set range. The instrument can automatically determine various purification levels based on customer-selected standards.
