設備敘述 Description

1.KP-L210和KP-U210是專為薄板設計的它使用的板架是65°可以放置較薄的板件.  

KP-L210 and KP-U210 is designed for thinner panels with 65°L-Rack.

2.手臂以伺服驅動,配合各種板件,可與人機介面設定參數,達到最佳工作效能.  

Robot arm is driven by servo apply for various panels. Parameter can   be set in HMI to achieve the best efficiency.

3.以12只吸盤吸取板件,配合抖動氣缸減少二片板件投出,且吸盤調整   簡易,可同步或各別調整.  

12 suction pads suck panels with shaking movement to decrease double panels outlet.   Suction pads can be adjusted easily together or respectivly.

4.KP-L210 配備有除二片裝置及二片偵測(option).  

Equipped with shaking cylinder and double panel detector(option).

5.KP-L210與KP-U201具備二段式整板裝置,拍薄板不會發生拱起現象.  

Alignment device arranges panel via 2 speeds not to cause bends on thin panels.
