這個原理其實就類似于我們很多人都在用的主動降噪耳機。在降噪耳機里有一個傳感器可以采集和分析周圍環境里的那些噪聲,然后在耳機里產生相反的聲波,這樣就可以和噪聲的聲波相互抵消掉,從而達到降噪的目的。
事實上,這種濾波方式也可以使用無源濾波器來實現,這個也是傳統的低EMI設計通常采用的方法。但是無源濾波器非常大,甚至會占整個電源方案總體積的30%。所以在芯片內部集成有源濾波器之后,不但能夠對電磁輻射起到很好的消減作用,還能極大的減少器件的尺寸,這樣就實現了EMI和面積的雙重優化,進而降低成本,節省寶貴的電路空間。
根據TI的數據,在440 kHz頻率下,采用這種方案最多可以將前端EMI濾波器的面積和體積分別縮減近50%和75%以上,并且將EMI減少高達50dBuV。和采用典型無源濾波器的設計相比,集成式有源EMI濾波器的設計可以幫助將EMI減少20dBuV。此外,前面介紹的DRSS技術還能幫助在低頻和高頻頻帶上將EMI進一步降低5dBuV。

事實上,這篇文章里的內容只是關于模擬芯片非常小的一部分。不過就算是管中窺豹,模擬IC的博大精深應該也可見一斑。
網上有很多人在討論模擬工程師和數字工程師哪個更高端、或者技術含量更高,也有很多學生朋友在糾結未來到底應該走哪條路,我也收到過很多類似的問題。我個人覺得數字模擬一直都是相輔相成、缺一不可的。比如雖然我主要做數字電路相關的工作,但是也會在工作中接觸到很多和模擬相關的內容,就像是文章里介紹的電源和電磁干擾等等。
