庫侖計量法導(dǎo)致電量計算誤差是有原因的,一是電池本身的特性在隨著環(huán)境、時間的影響而發(fā)生變化,這些變化都可以從其內(nèi)阻的變化上反映出來;二是電池本身存在自放電,在電池外接電路上進行電流測量根本就不能反映這個部分的影響;三是信號采樣的誤差,因為沒有任何數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器能夠準(zhǔn)確反映現(xiàn)實世界的模擬信號本身,就像國家發(fā)布的 GDP 數(shù)據(jù)沒有辦法將我家請一個鐘點工的勞動報酬反映出來一樣,而同樣的問題在所有的數(shù)模混合系統(tǒng)中都是存在的,所以我們能得到的數(shù)據(jù)都只能作為參考,不能當(dāng)作是真的;四是任何數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)都不能以連續(xù)的方式收集到每時每刻的電流信息,采樣只是在某些時間點上進行的,這樣便不能反映實際電流的全部信息。這些問題不僅會導(dǎo)致庫侖計量法在每一個當(dāng)下的計量誤差,由于采用積分運算的緣故,它們還會被累積起來,時間越長便會發(fā)生越大的影響,而像我那樣時不時地來一次清零的動作就是在幫它做出重新的標(biāo)定,盡可能使它回到離原點最近的地方。
我在工作中最初與電量結(jié)緣是因為要為使用鋰離子電池的 MP3 等設(shè)備提供一個可以代替 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換器的低成本方案,那時利用的是可以由用戶自行設(shè)定檢測閾值的電壓檢測器 RT9801B,你只需要改變它幾個輸入端的狀態(tài)就可以達到目的,非常方便與 GPIO 端子有很多富余的數(shù)字系統(tǒng)連接,最終帶來降低系統(tǒng)成本的效果。這種方法能夠?qū)嵤┑脑驈膬蓚數(shù)據(jù)可以看出來
