生產(chǎn)工藝；海綿鈦還原車間在線生產(chǎn)，無水氯化鎂剛出爐時(shí)是液態(tài)高溫714℃以上呈色，
再將液態(tài)高溫?zé)o水氯化鎂一次性排到專用的鐵箱內(nèi)自然冷卻到100°以下后
全密封焊合。

temperature above 714, when it is out from the furnace. then we
inject the liquid mgcl2 into stainless steel container, the
magnesium chloride anhydrous is poured into the specially designed
steel container in liquid form at temperature above 714℃. the steel
container is sealed by welding after the magnesium chloride
anhydrous is cooled down below 100℃ naturally.

鉄箱裝無水塩化マグネシウム
生産過程：
製品はスポンジチタン還元ワークショップの中で生産する。爐から出した時(shí)の無水塩化マグネシウムは714℃以上の液態(tài)で赤色になる。この液體狀態(tài)の無水塩化マグネシウムを一回で鉄箱に排出して、100°c以下溫度で、溶接して密閉する。
原料：爐から流れて來る中間部分を精選する。
鉄箱の包裝：毎箱の正味重量１－1.1トン、総重量1.1-1.2トン。
