leshan 100u series is mainly
applicable to the production of various packing barrels with pe and
pp material and capacity between 10-160l, including toolbox,
motorcar parts such as gasoline tank, wind pipe and other large and
medium-sized plastic hollow products. this series adopts new patent
of two pull-rod type closing-mold device, double-folding
accumulator head, extrusion device, and is equipped with complete
blowing device and product taking-out device, and entirely achieves
full automatic production. its electronical control system adopts
computer fully control system which has functions of technical
parameter optimization and self-diagnosis, and is of high control
precision and good reliability. this series is designed and
manufactured according to german standards of same models. this is
one of the models with highest ration of performance to price all
over the world.
