產品質保期以交貨之日起計算，為期一年。在質保期內，如因產品本身質量問題，我公司提供免費維修、更換和退貨服務。
1.1產品一般零部件、元器件失效，更換后即能恢復使用要求的，負責免費按期修復；
1.2產品主要零部件、元器件失效，不能按期修復的，負責更換同型號規格的合格產品；
1.3產品因設計、制造等原因造成主要功能不符合企業標準和合同規定的要求，客戶要求退貨時，收回產品，退回客戶貨款。
免責范圍
在質保期內，下列人為和不可抗力因素導致的產品故障不屬于免費維修、更換和退貨服務范圍：
2.1客戶使用不當造成產品故障；
2.2客戶對產品自行修理和改裝；
2.3產品外觀嚴重破損變形，產品標識丟失、無法識別產品來源；
2.4地震、水災、火災、等自然災害導致產品損壞；
