Abstract ：The thermoplastic polyurethane (PUR-T) elastomer toughened polyoxymethylene (POM) alloy was prepared by corotating twin screw extruder with self-made maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate random terpolymer as compatibilizer. The difference of crystallization and melting temperature of POM and POM／PUR-T was compared by DSC. The effects of PUR-T content and screw combination (shear strength of screw block) under the same PUR-T content on the mechanical，friction and wear properties of the alloy were investigated. The results show that，the addition of PUR-T reduces the crystallization and melting peak temperature of the alloy. With the increase of PUR-T content，the elongation at break and notched impact strength of the alloy increase，while the density，tensile strength，bending strength and bending modulus decrease，the friction coefficient and wear loss first decrease and then increase. When the content of PUR-T is 10 phr，the comprehensive mechanical， friction and wear properties of the alloy are better. The shear strength of screw block has great influence on the mechanical properties of POM／PUR-T alloy，the stronger the shear strength of screw block is，the more obvious the deterioration of mechanical properties is，but the shear strength of screw block has little effects on the friction and wear properties of the alloy.

注塑時間：注塑過程過快時容易引起很大的取向應力，過慢時塑料可能在模腔后中冷卻且流動性變差而形成熔接痕，嚴重時熔接痕處會開裂，是嚴重的質量缺陷。在確保沒有熔接痕的前提下，我們設定在2 s、3 s、10 s、12 s四個注塑時間各做5個管料，其中2個管料做成最終產(chǎn)品。觀測的結果和注塑壓力情況類似，20個管料都沒有變形。由這些管料做成的最終產(chǎn)品80%發(fā)生了翹曲，翹曲的比例和壓力設置未見明顯的關系。結論：在此案例中不能通過時間控制來解決最終產(chǎn)品翹曲的問題，注塑時間調整和最終產(chǎn)品翹曲的關系不明顯。

  一.價格走勢

  根據(jù)生意社監(jiān)測的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，三月第二周國內PP市場行情較為弱勢，現(xiàn)貨價格有所調降。截止3月16日周一，國內生產(chǎn)商、貿易商T30S主流報盤價格在7116.67元/噸左右，較3月9日周一均價水平有0.93%的跌幅。

  二.原因分析

  上游：上游方面，近日受OPEC會議及國際市場博弈影響，國際原油多次的下調消息對丙烯有著明顯的利空。據(jù)生意社大宗榜數(shù)據(jù)顯示，三月以來丙烯的國內市場價格震蕩運行，近期走勢較弱。因丙烯之前的產(chǎn)量及庫存均較低，故前期下滑并不顯著。但現(xiàn)原油波動依然劇烈，且下游走勢均不理想，預計后期丙烯價格或將受原油影響，出現(xiàn)顯著下行走勢。

  產(chǎn)品：當前國內PP市場報價弱勢整理，場內整體上觀望氣氛仍然較重。石化企業(yè)承壓調降出廠價，業(yè)者報盤漲跌互現(xiàn)。PP下游工廠復工情況一般，開工率不理想，需求跟進疲軟。商家信心不強，消息面缺乏明確指引消息，貿易商多根據(jù)自身庫存情況報價。交投一般，低價料走單尚可。
