Abstract ：The thermoplastic polyurethane (PUR-T) elastomer toughened polyoxymethylene (POM) alloy was prepared by corotating twin screw extruder with self-made maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate random terpolymer as compatibilizer. The difference of crystallization and melting temperature of POM and POM／PUR-T was compared by DSC. The effects of PUR-T content and screw combination (shear strength of screw block) under the same PUR-T content on the mechanical，friction and wear properties of the alloy were investigated. The results show that，the addition of PUR-T reduces the crystallization and melting peak temperature of the alloy. With the increase of PUR-T content，the elongation at break and notched impact strength of the alloy increase，while the density，tensile strength，bending strength and bending modulus decrease，the friction coefficient and wear loss first decrease and then increase. When the content of PUR-T is 10 phr，the comprehensive mechanical， friction and wear properties of the alloy are better. The shear strength of screw block has great influence on the mechanical properties of POM／PUR-T alloy，the stronger the shear strength of screw block is，the more obvious the deterioration of mechanical properties is，but the shear strength of screw block has little effects on the friction and wear properties of the alloy.

注塑時(shí)間：注塑過程過快時(shí)容易引起很大的取向應(yīng)力，過慢時(shí)塑料可能在模腔后中冷卻且流動(dòng)性變差而形成熔接痕，嚴(yán)重時(shí)熔接痕處會(huì)開裂，是嚴(yán)重的質(zhì)量缺陷。在確保沒有熔接痕的前提下，我們?cè)O(shè)定在2 s、3 s、10 s、12 s四個(gè)注塑時(shí)間各做5個(gè)管料，其中2個(gè)管料做成最終產(chǎn)品。觀測(cè)的結(jié)果和注塑壓力情況類似，20個(gè)管料都沒有變形。由這些管料做成的最終產(chǎn)品80%發(fā)生了翹曲，翹曲的比例和壓力設(shè)置未見明顯的關(guān)系。結(jié)論：在此案例中不能通過時(shí)間控制來解決最終產(chǎn)品翹曲的問題，注塑時(shí)間調(diào)整和最終產(chǎn)品翹曲的關(guān)系不明顯。

??根據(jù)生意社監(jiān)測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截止3月17日PET水瓶級(jí)廠家報(bào)價(jià)5800.00元/噸，聚酯市場(chǎng)走勢(shì)較弱，成本支撐一般，聚酯產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)袌?chǎng)或?qū)⑷鮿?shì)震蕩。

??二、原因分析

??產(chǎn)品方面：原料端行情劇烈波動(dòng)，聚酯瓶片市場(chǎng)觀望氣氛濃厚，隨著公共事件得到緩解，廠家發(fā)貨速度有所增加，對(duì)庫存有一定的緩解作用，下游按需采購，新增訂單有限。

??產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈：上游PTA加工區(qū)間有所放大，但近日隨著兩大廠計(jì)劃內(nèi)停車檢修，PTA開工大幅降低9個(gè)基點(diǎn)，但PTA前期庫存狀態(tài)無法得到馬上緩解，PTA大概率還是弱勢(shì)震蕩為主。
