活性炭撒粉復(fù)合機(jī)用途：
 本機(jī)根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)，主要用于無紡布或機(jī)織布上撒熱熔膠粉、活性炭混合膠粉、藥物混合膠粉與無紡布、襯布、針織布等材料復(fù)合。尤其用于二層透氣無紡布，中間環(huán)保活性炭與熱熔膠（PE）混合鋪撒復(fù)合，應(yīng)用在醫(yī)用產(chǎn)品，家用空調(diào)凈化，衣柜除臭，除臭鞋墊，室內(nèi)裝修除味，臥室空氣調(diào)理，車內(nèi)除臭等產(chǎn)品。廣泛應(yīng)用于：服裝、鞋帽、汽車內(nèi)飾、地毯、箱包、濾材等行業(yè)。
 活性炭撒粉復(fù)合機(jī)工藝流程：放卷→撒粉→加熱烘培熔融→復(fù)合→收卷
活性炭撒粉復(fù)合機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
    1、采用進(jìn)口溫度控制系統(tǒng)，保證烘道溫度恒定，溫差小于±2℃，保證產(chǎn)品門幅穩(wěn)定；
    2、采用特殊的加熱系統(tǒng)，加熱快，保證熱熔效果穩(wěn)定；
    3、采用節(jié)能省電保溫式烘箱，使溫度不易流失；
    4、撒粉頭的攪拌、振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，確保材料表面撒粉均勻；
    5、傳動(dòng)采用變頻同步控制系統(tǒng)，保證車速與撒粉同步，使撒粉量控制均勻、穩(wěn)定。
    6、機(jī)械幅寬根據(jù)材料幅寬來訂制。 
    7、冷卻方式：可采用水冷或風(fēng)冷。
