火焰復(fù)合機(jī)

火焰復(fù)合機(jī)是用于把熱塑性材料（比如：用聚酯、聚醚、聚乙烯制成的海綿或則其他具有粘性的薄膜以及紡織品、PVC薄膜、人造革、非機(jī)織織物或其他材料），經(jīng)過(guò)快速火焰燃燒海綿表層后與其它材料進(jìn)行復(fù)合而成。通過(guò)兩組燃燒火排可實(shí)現(xiàn)三層材料同時(shí)一次性復(fù)合完成。粘合原理是通過(guò)線形氣體燃燒器快速燃燒熔化海綿，海綿產(chǎn)生粘性薄膜，在壓輥輥間海綿以及上部織物和襯布在通過(guò)膠合間隙時(shí)會(huì)粘合在一起。火口可選用進(jìn)口或國(guó)產(chǎn)品牌。

1、采用海綿本體作粘合材料，經(jīng)過(guò)火焰噴射使之熔化與其它材料粘合，亦可將其它兩種材料利用海綿燃燒熔化后粘合起來(lái)，尤其適合毛絨、麂皮絨的復(fù)合，具有整體性強(qiáng)、手感好、耐水洗、干洗等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

2、配有放卷、送料、自動(dòng)對(duì)邊裝置，適合大批量生產(chǎn)；恒張力懸掛式冷卻系統(tǒng)使復(fù)合的品質(zhì)更有保障。

兩種方法：一種是火焰復(fù)合機(jī)，比較環(huán)保，無(wú)甲醛；另一種膠水復(fù)合，看具體用途。
    膠水復(fù)合時(shí)，由于要用到膠水，所以膠水的選擇就顯得比較重要，如果選用水性膠那么要好一點(diǎn)，如果選用溶劑膠水，那么傷害要大一下。所以不能簡(jiǎn)單的對(duì)誰(shuí)優(yōu)誰(shuí)劣做出判定，要具體情況具體分析。
這個(gè)問(wèn)題問(wèn)的比較模糊。面料火焰復(fù)合海綿：是用火焰將海綿表面熔融，與面料粘結(jié)的一種復(fù)合工藝。面料膠合復(fù)合海綿：是在海綿表面涂覆一層膠水，再將面料與海綿貼合在一起的工藝。
在環(huán)保方面：
1、對(duì)于復(fù)合好的產(chǎn)品來(lái)說(shuō)，同樣的海綿和面料，肯定火焰復(fù)合產(chǎn)品更環(huán)保，因?yàn)椴挥迷俦砻嫱扛惨粚幽z水，膠水中都含有可揮發(fā)的有害物質(zhì)。
2、從加工工藝過(guò)程來(lái)說(shuō)，火焰復(fù)合時(shí)，由于要將海綿表面熔融，所以會(huì)產(chǎn)生燃燒不完全的煙，這些煙都是海綿受熱分解產(chǎn)生，海綿在合成的時(shí)候會(huì)用到多種化工原材料，其中異氰酸酯是劇毒，所以分解出的煙中也會(huì)含有部分異氰酸酯類(lèi)物質(zhì)，對(duì)身體不好。
3、單就海綿來(lái)說(shuō)，火焰復(fù)合海綿中添加了用于火焰復(fù)合的助劑，這些助劑一般都需要具有阻燃和快干的效果，而阻燃成分大多數(shù)都是磷酸酯類(lèi)聚合物，有一定的生殖毒性和致癌性。膠水復(fù)合海綿對(duì)于海綿沒(méi)有什么要求，所以也不用再海綿中添加什么用于粘合的助劑，相對(duì)于火焰復(fù)合海綿，膠水復(fù)合海綿要更環(huán)保一些。
