膠點轉移復合機：生產出的產品防水又透氣，有一種膜，即防水又透氣。 組成部分：該機械是由放卷、上膠、烘箱、電加熱復合、切邊、遠紅外線、自動對邊、牽引、收卷。 用途：用于紡織品、無紡制品、針織面料、呢料、紡織面料等。 特性：采用膠點轉移技術，將膠水均勻地轉移到里布上，或薄膜上，然后與面布進行復合，復合的面料具有防水透濕功能。 變頻器：臺灣變頻器、電動功率3kw、復合輥筒是臺灣變頻器5.5kw、電加熱或油加熱復合輥筒，一般都是用電加熱（油加熱市場很少）。 復合輥筒：一般長度1.85米，直徑1.2米，1.5米的長是1.85米用于服裝面料，尺寸一般都可以，一般性的服裝細料都在1.6米以下，通常復合輥都要比面料寬于布料10公分左右，其它面料可能寬度大于2米以上，如裝飾材料、床上用品、地毯等面料都是1.8-2.6米寬度，因此面料寬上膠輥就寬，復合也寬。 直徑是1.2米加熱輥，加熱管24根，每根1.5kw，共36kw，分3組裝置，每組12kw，也就是說用戶可以用36kw，3組全部打開只需要15分鐘，復合輥筒溫度150℃-180℃之間就可以復合布料，防水透氣膜復合溫度在150℃左右，如果用戶電不能使用36kw，那就打開1組，根據用戶電的情況來定，只要是直徑1.2米，長1.8-3米之間，電熱管數量都是24根36kw。 直徑是1.5米復合輥筒，加熱管30支，每支15kw，共45kw，同樣的輥筒長度1.8-2.6米之間，電熱管數量功率都不變。 復合滾筒壁厚1.2毫米，表面涂上美國度邦公司的特氟龍，特氟龍保護復合布料，同時防止膠水，需要到上面輕輕一擦就干凈，輥筒上配有4根橡膠輥、氣缸調節，自動分離。 在放料架上有對邊器，后進上膠輥，上膠輥直徑為240毫米
