應(yīng)急燈的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入澳洲市場的能效測試。進(jìn)入澳洲市場的應(yīng)急燈產(chǎn)品，現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)買家還會要求供應(yīng)商提供AS2293.3的測試報(bào)告。

  一、測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及內(nèi)容

  1.測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

  AS 2293 Emergency escape lighting and exit signs for buildings

  AS 2293.3—2005 Part 3: Emergency escape luminaires and exit signs （應(yīng)急逃生燈具和出口標(biāo)志）測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

  AS 2293.1—2005 Part 1: System design, installation and operation （系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、安裝和運(yùn)行）

  AS/NZS 2293.2:1995 Part 2: Inspection and maintenance （檢查和維護(hù)）

  2.測試內(nèi)容：

  AS2293.3的測試項(xiàng)目為應(yīng)急照明等級、照明啟動（冷熱啟動）、顏色與亮度、電池系統(tǒng)高低溫充放電測試，與其他一些小的測試。

  應(yīng)急照明等級：

  這個測試客戶需求高，通常澳洲買家都會要求產(chǎn)品資料中標(biāo)出應(yīng)急照明等級。因?yàn)閼?yīng)急照明等級對于產(chǎn)品的安裝非常重要，在AS2293.1里面安裝設(shè)計(jì)需要用到，通過這個等級能有效的計(jì)算出產(chǎn)品安裝高度與產(chǎn)品安裝間距（推算出這個房子需要安裝多少個這種應(yīng)急燈），從而達(dá)到建筑上對應(yīng)急燈有效的利用和安裝設(shè)計(jì)。應(yīng)急照明等級是根據(jù)我們的測試結(jié)果，通過計(jì)算來進(jìn)行判定。

  二、測試流程

  客戶提供產(chǎn)品基本信息（系列產(chǎn)品提供差異表）與資料（電池規(guī)格書）及符合數(shù)量要求的樣品。

  LCS進(jìn)行開案。開案時請注意，如果是單項(xiàng)測試，需要備注是哪個測試項(xiàng)目。

  然后工程受理項(xiàng)目，安排測試，完成報(bào)告

  AS2293.3報(bào)告不需要注冊。因此提交報(bào)告即完成項(xiàng)目。

  三、周期

  單項(xiàng)：

  光學(xué)性能：

  應(yīng)急照明等級需要3個工作日一款

  照明啟動需要3個工作日一款

  顏色與亮度（僅對出口標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品）需要5-7個工作日一款

  電池系統(tǒng)性能：

  高低溫充放電測試需要10-15工作日一款

  全項(xiàng)目：

  主測產(chǎn)品，一款需要15-25個工作日（出口標(biāo)志的測試多一個項(xiàng)目，周期會相對長一些）。

  系列測試，如果是增加光學(xué)性能測試，可與主測產(chǎn)品同步，無需增加周期，如果是增加電池系統(tǒng)能效測試，需要增加10-15個工作日。

  以上項(xiàng)目如需出報(bào)告要增加2個工作日。

  AS2293.3 從2005升級到2018版本了，具體升級的內(nèi)容，

  updated from AS 2293.3:2005 to AS/NZS 2293.3:2018.

  Changes in this edition of the Standard include the following:

  (a) Introduction of requirements for alternative light sources (i.e. LED) and allowance for

  the use of emerging battery technologies.

  (b) Inclusion of New Zealand requirements (for publication as AS/NZS Standard).

  (c) Updated references to new pictogram standards.

  (d) Added definition and requirements for dual function exit signs.

  (e) Replacement of AS 3137 with AS/NZS 60598.2.22.

  Some details:

  1. Dual function exit signs shall firstly comply with all the requirements of the subsequent clauses 3.3 and 3.4 of this Standard in order to then be classified as an emergency luminaire.。

  2. All emergency luminaires and exit signs shall comply with AS/NZS 60598.2.22 unless otherwise varied in this Standard.

  3. Specific requirements relating to Clauses F6 and F8 of the New Zealand Building Code have been added where it is necessary to alter clauses of this Standard to comply with New Zealand requirements.

  4. Additional requirements of marking：

  a) Where combined or sustained emergency luminaires are used, the location of the emergency light source shall be clearly marked, together with any information necessary to ensure correct light source replacement.

  b) Designed mounting positions and orientation (related to luminaire position/ safety IP rating, etc.). This information shall be marked on the luminaire to enable identification of the classification for each mounting position.

  c) For LED exit signs the body shall also be marked with the Projected Light Source Life.

  5. Add new clause for particular requirements for centrally supplied emergency luminaires and exit signs。

  6. New test requirement:

  a) Glare limitations：

  In order to restrict disability glare at higher angles, limitations are applied to the luminous intensity of the luminaire based on the mounting height range in accordance with Table C1.

  b) Colour temperature and colour rendering index：

  The colour temperature shall fall with the range from 2500 K to 7000 K.

  The minimum value of the colour rendering index Ra of the light source utilized in any emergency luminaire shall be greater than 40.

  c) LED:

  measure LED Ts temperature and operating current at 40.

  d) PROJECTION OF LIGHT SOURCE LIFE (LSL) IN LED EXIT SIGNS:

  LM-80 test report for LED should be provided and LM-80 data for the LED being assessed,based on IES TM-21,calculate the life of LED exit signs.
