5.2.1要成形不同大小的線圈,須選用相應的線圈芯棒,選定適合的芯棒后,先將芯棒插入主軸并從主軸的另一端用螺絲鎖緊,開機運轉時,芯棒應與主軸同心.

Chose suitable mandrill according to different coil size. After install the mandrill onto the main axis with tighten screws, the mandrill should be the same concentric of the main axis when the machine is running.

5.2.2 臺歷 掛歷 筆記本全自動YO單/雙線圈裝訂機上有三個插針板,作用是固定線圈的齒距.插針板須定在對應的插針板座上,從前方向下編號順序為1,2,3.

There are three pieces of pin stands. Order number 1,2,3 from the front to the lower one. Pins are fixed onto the stands for supporting the teeth pitch.
5.2.3把 臺歷 掛歷 筆記本全自動YO單/雙線圈裝訂機插針插入插針板上,注意針端與芯棒面須有0.05-0.15的間隙(工具箱配有塞尺).間隙過大,線材表面會刮花,如針端與芯棒配合過緊,則會刮花芯棒表面,造成坑槽,容易卡線和刮花線材.

When install the pins please keep the gap between 0.05-0.15mm (tool box has feeler gauge). Once the gap too big the wire material easy get scratched. The mandrill could be scratched the surface if the pins too closed. The mandrill the slot caused and could be damage the wire materials, too.
