  本系統由伺服系統、傳動系統、凸輪機構、理料機構、沖孔模具組組成。通過機械手1將產品從沖孔待料位移至打孔等待位，然后三面同時整理將紙張對齊，然后通過推刀分層推至沖孔工位沖孔，沖孔結束后通過機械手2將書本移至下一工位。產品大小和頁邊距均可調整，通過更換沖孔模具可沖制各種形狀的孔。

The system consists of servo system, transmission system, cam structure, neat parts, punching mould, Through the Gripper 1 to take the book from the wait station to punch position, then neat the book, then the push knife to push the book to punch, after punching the Gripper 2 move the book to next station.

  該系統由伺服系統、光電系統、皮帶傳動系統、直線導軌、氣缸及連桿組成的同步聯動機構。待沖孔待料位有產品光電給信號，氣缸夾緊，夾緊信號傳給伺服電機，電機運轉帶動皮帶傳動，皮帶系統將力沿直線導軌輸出至機械手，機械手12通過連桿連接保證了機械手12同步聯動各個工位有序供料。

  該機構采用伺服驅動，同步帶傳動，直線導軌導向。因而整機運轉平穩，傳動可靠，降低了工作噪聲，大大提高了設備精度和穩定性。

  本機配置的放料裝置是一款放料寬度可調的鏈傳動機構。可根據產品的寬度調節好合適的料道寬度，人工將產品放入料道，通過傳動機構將產品傳送到沖孔待料位。在此工位放料大大提高了設備的安全性能。

The machine is equipped with a discharge device with adjustable width of material. Can be adjusted according to the width of the product, the product will be manually put into the belt, through the transmission device will be sent to the punching position to be expected. In this station discharge material greatly improved the safety performance of the equipment.

收料裝置主要是配合主機機械手3完成收料工作，可根據主機的裝訂速度自動調整線體的每次位移。

Receiving belt is mainly with the host gripper 3 to complete the receipt work, according to the host's binding speed automatically adjust the line of each displacement.
