G, other properties: good toughness, no exudate, use temperature -70 ℃ to 90 ℃ When the molding temperature is less than 200 ℃, the increase of temperature can improve the mechanical properties of materials. The coupling agent KH570 silane has better coupling effect on boron carbide. Proper addition of KH 570 enhances the adhesion between boron carbide and UHMWPE. When the addition amount exceeds 3 (mass fraction, the same below), the coupling agent forms a superfluous adsorption layer on the surface of boron carbide, which weakens the adhesion between matrix and particle. The impact strength was decreased, the content of boron carbide increased and the agglomeration of particles increased, which resulted in the increase of brittleness and the decrease of material impact. The neutron attenuation coefficient increases with the increase of boron carbide content and decreases with the increase of sample thickness. When the sample thickness is thin, the material mainly absorbs thermal neutrons. The energy is reduced and absorbed.
超高分子量聚乙烯含硼板材，具有防中子輻射、防核輻射等高性能產(chǎn)品，研究表明含硼防輻射聚乙烯板能夠防止核輻射及中子輻射給個人及社會造成的危害，并具有以下特點(diǎn)： A、極高的耐磨性：由于其獨(dú)特的分子結(jié)構(gòu)，耐磨性高于一般的金屬塑料產(chǎn)品，是碳鋼的6.6倍，不銹鋼的5.5 倍，黃銅的27.3倍，尼龍的6倍。 B、不粘性：表面張力大磨擦系數(shù)小，無極性，所以與常見物質(zhì)不親和，因此不易粘連結(jié)垢。 C、磨擦系數(shù)小：由于其內(nèi)含蠟狀物質(zhì)，自潤滑性很好，流阻小，節(jié)省能源。 D、耐化學(xué)腐蝕性： E、耐沖擊性好：即使在低溫下，受到強(qiáng)烈的斷裂。 F、電絕緣性：具有良好的電絕緣性，絕緣電阻極高。 G、其它性能：韌性好，無滲出物，使用溫度-70℃至90℃ 國內(nèi)碳化硼聚乙烯板 抗輻射含硼板 高分子抗輻射含硼板,當(dāng)成型溫度小于200℃時,溫度的提高對材料力學(xué)性能有提高作用；KH570硅烷偶聯(lián)劑對碳化硼有較好的偶聯(lián)作用,適當(dāng)添加KH570增強(qiáng)了碳化硼與UHMWPE之間的結(jié)合力,當(dāng)添加量超過3％(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),下同)后,偶聯(lián)劑在碳化硼表面形成多余吸附層,減弱了基體與顆粒之間的結(jié)合力,降低了沖擊強(qiáng)度；碳化硼含量提高,顆粒的團(tuán)聚增加,導(dǎo)致材料脆性增加,降低了材料沖擊強(qiáng)度；中子衰減系數(shù)隨碳化硼含量增加而提高,隨樣品厚度的增加而減小；樣品厚度較薄時,材料主要吸收熱中子,當(dāng)樣品厚度增加時,快中子在材料內(nèi)部發(fā)生多次碰撞,能量降低后也被吸收掉。 |
