一、PUR熱熔膠復合機用途：

該機使用無溶劑環保型PUR熱熔膠，能貼合布+布，布+薄膜等各種市場所需的復合材料。復合成品具有環保無毒、粘合性及柔軟性均佳、耐高低溫、濕氣反應后不易受溫度影響、彈性持久、耐磨、耐油、抗老化等特點。此外PUR有優異的霧面效能，低析出物質及中性顏色特征，可應用于須重復消毒的醫療產品上。用PUR熱熔膠復合機復合的成品具有更低的損耗率和更高的水洗牢度。PUR熱熔膠復合機可完全取代傳統溶劑型貼合設備，生產全程不使用易燃易爆及有毒的溶劑型膠水，工廠無安全隱患，符合國家安監部門的安全要求；可使一線生產工人遠離溶劑對身體的危害，復合成品無溶劑殘留，完全符合出口環保標準，具有極大的社會效益。

二、PUR熱熔膠復合機構造：

PUR熱熔膠復合機設備操控采用可編程式PLC設計及人機界面控制，操作人性化，維護簡便，無張力放料裝置，搭配加熱循環系統，方便控制膠水溫度升降及穩定度，貼合材料及成品可依需要采用中心卷取或表面選取方式，上膠方式分為點膠及網紋涂布兩種選項。
