2. 啟動 ?

   2.1加熱過程分三個階段來進行，每個階段之間間隔約15min。達到運行溫度時，需要再次緊固加熱器連接螺釘。 ?

   2.2根據工藝要求設定各區溫度，在各區溫度達到設定值后，保持恒溫50分鐘，進一步檢查溫控表和電磁閥是否正常。 ?

   2.3打開潤滑油閥門進一步確認沒有漏油，開啟潤滑油的水冷卻器開關。

   2.4設定主機轉速，啟動主電機并在空轉的狀態下逐漸增速，保持轉速20rpm下轉動約1分鐘，檢測主機的空轉電流是否穩定。 ?

   2.5低速啟動喂料電機并開始喂料。當有物料從機頭擠出的時候，加快螺桿轉速并逐漸加快喂料速度使其與主機轉速相匹配，每次增加不超過50rpm。

   2.6設備運轉穩定一定時間后，調節筒體截止閥開度達到最佳狀態。 ?

2. Start

2.2 according to the requirements of the process, the temperature of each region shall be set. After the temperature in each region reaches the set value, the temperature shall remain constant for 50 minutes, and the temperature control meter and solenoid valve shall be checked for normal.

2.3 open the lubricating oil valve to further confirm that there is no oil leak and open the water cooler switch of the lubricating oil.

2.4 set the main engine speed, start the main motor and gradually increase under the condition of idling, keep the rotating speed of 20rpm for about 1 minute, and check whether the idle current of the main engine is stable.

2.5 low speed start feeding motor and start feeding.When the material is extruded from the head, accelerate the screw speed and gradually speed up the feeding speed to match the speed of the main engine, increasing no more than 50rpm each time.

2.6 when the equipment is stable for a certain period of time, the valve opening of the regulating cylinder is at its best.
