橡膠止水帶是在混凝土澆鑄過程中部分或全部澆埋進混凝土中。 橡膠止水帶在澆埋混凝土以前先要使其在界面部位保持平展，接頭部位粘接緊固，再以適當的力充分澆搗、震蕩混凝土來橡膠止水帶，使其與混凝土良好的結合，以免影響止水效果。 四、橡膠止水帶施工注意事項： 1、 止水帶在施工過程中，由于混凝土中有許多尖角的石子和銳刃的鋼筋，所以在澆搗和橡膠止水帶時，應注意澆搗的沖擊力，以免由于力量過大而刺破橡膠止水帶。如有發現有破裂現象應及時修補，否則在接縫變形和受水壓時，橡膠止水帶所能抵抗外力的能力就會大幅度將會大幅度降低。 2、 在地位橡膠止水帶時，一定要使其在界面部位保持平展，更不能讓橡膠止水帶翻滾、扭結，如發現有扭轉展現象應及時進行調正。 3、 在澆鑄固定橡膠止水帶時，應防止橡膠止水帶偏移。 4． 橡膠止水帶在運輸時，應要避免陽光直射，勿與熱源、油類及有害溶劑接觸。成品應取直平放，勿加重壓。存放場所最好保持-10-+30，相對濕度40%-80%。 |
