冷彎機，是以型鋼為原料、通過連續(xù)冷軋成型。生產(chǎn)復雜斷面型材，并可根據(jù)客戶要求設計、制造不同規(guī)格的冷彎設備。行業(yè)施工中用數(shù)控冷彎機進行型鋼加工，是鋼拱架制造的必選設備。
冷彎機可用于工字鋼、礦工鋼、U型鋼、C型鋼、角鋼、槽鋼、道軌、方鋼、鋼管等型鋼的拱形卷圓、變徑、定角彎曲。數(shù)控冷彎機主要應用于隧道，地鐵，水電站，地下洞室等工字鋼，槽鋼彎曲。數(shù)控冷彎機采用數(shù)顯編碼器編程，使液壓操縱系統(tǒng)定位準確，所彎型鋼一次自動成型，效率高、操作方便。
冷彎機構成（工作原理）：
1、冷彎機是地道支護鋼拱架加工制造的新式設備。數(shù)控冷彎機由底座、機械傳動、冷彎體系、液壓體系、電器控制體系和輔佐體系等六大有些構成。數(shù)控冷彎機工作時，將所需冷彎加工的型鋼由輔佐體系的門式托架推放在兩自動滾輪之間，發(fā)動數(shù)控冷彎機液壓體系使液壓缸推進燕尾槽和冷彎滾輪冷壓型鋼，待到達規(guī)劃所需弧度時封閉液壓體系，發(fā)動數(shù)控冷彎機機械傳動體系，使自動滾輪滾動并依托摩擦力股動型鋼平穩(wěn)緩慢前行，然后完成接連冷彎工作。在冷彎結束時，封閉數(shù)控冷彎機機械傳動體系 ， 一起發(fā)動液壓體系 ， 使液壓缸回收。將冷彎型鋼放置在輔佐體系的門式托架上即可。這種冷彎工作，確保了原料的強度， 提高了支護鋼拱架的質(zhì)量，極大地提高了工效，操作簡略、明晰。數(shù)控冷彎機與壓床相比，具有杰出的工作性能。

冷彎機的對比
1）比如對于一節(jié)長9m的工字鋼拱架，工地原始辦法是用氧氣、乙炔每米割一個三角形缺口，用大錘敲打成弧形，但是這種做法破壞了工字鋼的整體性，留下了多處燒傷。
2）在附近地區(qū)的工廠加工。但常常存在工廠太遠，運輸不便，加工費用高等問題，加大了成本。
3）使用冷彎機。這種要簡單很多，只要將三相電引至加工區(qū)即可。雖然冷彎機投入近2萬元，然而相對近300t工字鋼的加工量來講，這種投入完全是值得的。況且冷彎機加工時是連續(xù)的，工字鋼之間全部電焊焊接，不存在下腳料，每加工9m可節(jié)約近50cm，成本大大降低。
冷彎機操作須知
1、將設備定放到一個基準面上進行校正，必須保持地面水平。
2、工字鋼必須在水平的工作臺上（帶有滾動的工作臺）工作。
3、使用前必須加油（減速機加30#機油，10公斤；油箱加46#液壓油，50公斤，每月要更換新油）
4、電源連接是否符合標準
注意事項
1、電控箱、電液閥、行程開關等電器一定要保持清潔干燥，不得淋水。經(jīng)常檢查以上各部件的導線外套不得有破損，防止漏電。
2、搬運機器時，不要有大的顛簸，不得隨意敲打機器的各部件。

2、免費數(shù)控冷彎機技術培訓，達到熟練操作水平。
