隔油調(diào)節(jié)池的廢水經(jīng)過P1泵提升至斜管沉淀器，在沉淀器內(nèi)通過加藥絮凝作用將廢水中的金屬離子及懸浮物去除。經(jīng)斜管沉淀器作用后，廢水自流進(jìn)溶氣氣浮機(jī)，通過氣浮機(jī)的微小溶氣氣泡將污水中大部分懸浮油以及乳化油去除，氣浮過程中為更好的去處浮油以及懸浮物需通過加藥裝置投加PAC、PAM，通過絮凝劑的絮凝作用，將污水中的小顆粒懸浮物絮凝成大顆粒懸浮物，更高速有效的去處水中的浮油以及懸浮物，為后續(xù)的生化部分提供條件。污水經(jīng)氣浮機(jī)除油后進(jìn)入一體化處理裝置。
