關(guān)于Z型橋梁伸縮縫產(chǎn)品在橋梁上安裝時(shí)的步驟及注意事項(xiàng)：

1、當(dāng)工程施工單位在安裝橋梁伸縮縫時(shí)，一旦發(fā)生碰撞變形，很難修復(fù)為合格產(chǎn)品，所以在安裝的全過(guò)程中，一定要采取措施保護(hù)，嚴(yán)禁任何車輛通過(guò)。

2、一定要精心操作。如果出現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不易調(diào)整，所以對(duì)伸縮縫的成品檢查一定要認(rèn)真、仔細(xì)。不合格不可運(yùn)至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。

3、在橋梁伸縮縫在安裝前，要與設(shè)計(jì)圖和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核對(duì)位置、尺寸無(wú)誤后，再穩(wěn)放入預(yù)留槽。要將橋上各接縫處縫隙一定要用聚苯乙烯泡沫板塞嚴(yán)，防止?jié)沧⒈Ｗo(hù)帶混凝土?xí)r灌入，使縫失效。同時(shí)，也不可將裝置內(nèi)灌進(jìn)混凝土，以免更換V形象膠帶時(shí)受阻。
