經測試其具有高沖擊強度，相比尼龍、PBT沖擊強度要高230，杰出的抗水解性。通常PA66有很高的拉伸強度，但沖擊強度和伸長率很低，POK在足夠的拉伸強度下還具有的沖擊強度和伸長率。POK具有極高的韌性和足夠好的抗張強度和彎曲模量。
杰出的抗化學性--POK在抗化學性在塑料當中是的。由于其杰出的抗耐性在酸、堿溶液中性能也不下降。
杰出的耐燃油性，經過3000小時測試后變化很小，2倍優于PA12。
高熱變形溫度---POK的熱變形溫度是200度，優于其它材料，可以在高溫環境下使用。
