(On: over 2 min, Off: over 2 min)2. 運轉(zhuǎn)電壓波動允許范圍 220V-15～240V 10(187～264V) The supply voltage should be 220V-15～240V 10(187～264V)3. 高壓側(cè)和低壓側(cè)壓力需保持平衡后才能啟動。 Pressure should be balanced between high and low pressure side.4. 運轉(zhuǎn)過程中不能有異常噪音發(fā)生。 In operation, abnormal noise is not allowed.5. 最大允許傾斜角度：5°。 Tilt angle should be less than 5°.6. 不要給排氣管、吸氣管施加彎曲的力，強制其彎曲。 而且，對于始動、運轉(zhuǎn)停止以及運輸搬運等時所受沖擊，配管設(shè)計時, 各管許容應(yīng)力 如下: 始動、停止時=30N/mm2 以下，運轉(zhuǎn)時=20N/mm2 以下。 Don’t provide any force on discharge & suction pipes. The piping stress should be less than 30N/mm2 at starting & stopping, and less than 20N/mm2 at running when designing the piping.7. 壓縮機不允許橫置、倒置，在搬運時不允許跌落。 Do not put a compressor on its side or turn it over. And do not fall it off when moving.8. 絕對不允許空氣中運轉(zhuǎn)。 COMPRESSING AIR IS NOT PERMITTED.9. 壓縮機密封塞拔除后，請盡快使用，不要將壓縮機長時間放置。 Please assemble the compressor in your Air Conditioner rapidly after removing?the plugs. Don’t place the compressor in air for a long time.10. 電氣品要使用本公司所指定的規(guī)格同等品。 Please use the accessories indicated by Our Company.11. 冷媒量超過規(guī)定量時，需另行協(xié)商決定壓縮機規(guī)格。 （此時要考慮增加儲液器、油加熱器） When the amount of refrigerant charged in the Air Conditioner is over the max amount allowable, compressor specification should be discussed. (Install additional accumulator, oil heater, etc.)12. 冷媒填充原則上從高壓側(cè)開始實行。 Refrigerant must always be filled from the higher side of the refrigeration cycle.13. 避免因誤配線發(fā)生逆轉(zhuǎn)。（若發(fā)生逆轉(zhuǎn)，則壓縮機不能再使用） Avoiding compressor running in reverse caused by connecting electrical wire incorrectly. (Don’t reuse the compressor after running in reverse.)14. 壓縮機不得露天存放或存放在腐蝕性空氣中如化學倉庫等。 The compressor should be kept out of storing in open storage or corrosive atmosphere such as in a chemicals storage and so on.15. 壓縮機殼體表面不容許配線或類似物接觸壓縮機表面。 Do not allow electric cables or the like to touch compressor directly.16. 必須有適當?shù)姆罎、防塵處理以防止水滴，灰塵進入壓縮機 To avoid water droplets and dust into the compressor, moisture-proof or dust-proof measures must be taken.17. 分體式空調(diào)最長配管不超過 15m，配管的高低落差最大 5m。 For split type Air Conditioner, the maximum piping length should be 15m, and elevation difference should be within 5m.18. 禁止使用 R22 之外的冷媒。 Do not fill refrigeration cycles with other refrigerant except R22,19. 請不要裸手觸摸運行中或剛停機正處于高溫的壓縮機，當心燙傷。 Do not touch the compressor with bare hands during operation or immediately after stoppage. The compressor is at a high temperature. There is the danger of burns.20. 維修保養(yǎng)設(shè)備時必須配戴防護眼鏡。由于焊槍溫度過高，拆卸配管時，當心會有冷媒、 油的濺出而導致燙傷或進入眼中。 Wear safety goggles when servicing the unit. When removing the tubes by heating it with a burner, there is the danger of burns or eye injury if the refrigerant and/or oil remaining in the tubes is emitted.
