離心式壓縮機(jī) CENTRIFUGE COMPRESSOR 整體鑄件齒輪箱-模塊化集成裝配 Integral casting gearbox-Modular integrated assembly 水平剖分式齒輪箱與各級蝸殼一體鑄造，冷卻器箱體整體鑄造，模塊化設(shè)計。與焊接齒輪箱分體式結(jié)構(gòu)相比，主機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度更高、加工面更少、運(yùn)行更可靠，各級蝸殼與齒輪箱體無裝配誤差、無變形、噪音低、振動小。與整體鑄造相比，加工、裝配、運(yùn)輸、現(xiàn)場安裝、維護(hù)更加簡便，在主機(jī)需要返廠大修的情況下，整體鑄件需要更大起吊設(shè)備且破壞安裝基礎(chǔ)導(dǎo)致二次安裝，而模塊化的設(shè)計則完美解決這一問題。 The horizont ally split gearbox is integrallycast with the volutes at allstages, and the cooler box is integralhcast with a modular design. Compared with the split structure of the welded gearbox,the main enginemechanism has hie her streneth, fewer processing surfaces, and more reliable operation. There is noassembly error, no de forma tion, low noise and low vibra tion between the volute and the gear bax at alls ta ges. C om pared wit h integral casting, processing, asse mbly, transportation, on-site installa tion andmainte nance are simpler. When the main engine needs to be retumed to the factory for overhaul, theinteg ral casting, requires larger lifting, equipment and destroys?
