? 聚丙烯的成型加工性好，成型的方法很多，如注塑、吹塑、真空熱成型、涂覆、旋轉成型、熔接、機加工、電鍍和發泡等，并可在金屬表面噴涂。其中注塑成型的比例大，注塑溫度在180~200之間，注塑壓力在68.6~137.2MPa，模具溫度為40~60℃。預干燥溫度在80℃左右。
巴塞爾 PP Hostacom G2 N01?英文名稱：Polypropylene 中文名稱為聚丙烯，俗稱百折膠。是繼尼龍之后發展的又一優良樹脂品種，它是一種高密度、無側鏈、高結晶體的線性聚合物。是一種半透明、半晶體的熱塑性塑料，PP聚丙烯按其結晶度可以分為等規PP聚丙烯和無規PP聚丙烯，常用的PP原料是等規聚丙烯。
