The design principle is as follows:
(1) Demolish the existing hammer crusher.
(2) Install a new roller crusher.
(3) Clinker （below 300 ℃）enters the roller crusher directly.
(4) Cement clinker smaller than 20mm is rotated by roller crusher and falls into the fixed grate bed.
(5) Cement clinker particles larger than 20mm are crushed by a roller crusher and fall into the fixed grate bed.
(6) The fourth roller is a descending roller, which is used to crush clinker with a diameter greater than 500mm.
(7) The fixed grate bed is divided into two parts, each supplied by a fan.
(8) The crushed clinker will receive sufficient cooling on a fixed grate bed until the temperature drops below ambient temperature+65 ℃.
